I checked all our AUX/DCA channels to make sure those were fine, but forgot to check out user page where all the sub groups are (we recently updated the firmware on our board and the user page functions changed). It was pretty stupid of me, but thankfully it was something simple rather than some major malfunction.

Hey Charlie. Have to tell ya back in the late 60's and early 70's I was just a teenager but I use to sit with my dad in what was his shop in the house and he would be building PA's and I would listen with him till all hours of the morning and watch him tweek it till he heard what he was looking for. The old A5's and A7's would be cranking till the sun came up the next morning. 1520 and 1530 power amps I think they where call Bringtons or something like that. Ah the sound of the TUBE! My father worked for Altec for about 20 years, he started in the early 60's at the New York Worlds Fair and then picked up the Walter Reade Theatre chain which was serviced by Altec. Talk to you soon.

Charlie, you hit it on the head it what you said about JBL and Altec. My father was a Altec Service Rep. in the northeast for most of his life. Glad to see Altec has not been forgotten.

The scope in question is a Kenwood Lab Scope. I bought one in my Showco days and still own it. We used it in our systems to see distortion as overload indicators were not common then.
