About me

I'm training up to be a touring sound engineer (FOH, Mons & Systems) in my spare time while holding down the day job (Human Resource Management).. my spare time is spent doing crew work, building up on that all important desk experience, networking at gigs, getting to grips with new technology, fitting in professional training, and well, generally not having much of a social life! Am I mad? eh,....probably! :) Plus I'll be heading out to the States next year sometime to build on the experience... can't wait!

As a result slot of companies have been laying people off... I'm not sure what your interests or experience are, but there are alot of club gigs around too... If you're interested in touring, I'd recommend talking to eighth day sound which I believe is located in or near Chicago.... I'd say you should go for New York, but I'm biased because I love it here and I hate the attitude most people have in southern California... The hard part about New York is just how expensive it is to live here...
