I am based in Guangzhou. South China.
I recently found that my entire main system and stage was getting its AC from a hotel type plug adapter rated at 10Amps.. I calculate a load of around 25 to 28 Amps at full power.. any guesses what happens next?
I also discovered my venue was syphoning power from the local park supply, my system was online with Air Cons, the AC voltage at the amps was 175.. Guess what happened…

Not to familiar with the local Hong Kong clubs such as Hard Rock Cafe, other than it moved to Central about half a year ago.
I've mainly been doing major concerts here in Hong Kong and that is only recently as I'm mainly doing studio mixing these days.
